Our Service provides AI-powered analysis of audio recordings for educational and self-improvement purposes. The Service includes:

Important: This Service is NOT a medical device and is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional counseling purposes. This app is for communication improvement and entertainment purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for medical or counseling concerns.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- You have the legal authority to share and analyze the uploaded content

5. Data Processing and Retention
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Audio files are processed using secure third-party AI services
- Data is automatically deleted after 30 days for GDPR compliance

- You can request data deletion at any time
6. Payment and Refunds
Payment terms:
- Free analysis credits are provided for trial purposes
- Additional analyses require payment through our secure payment processor
- Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms
Refund Policy:
- Technical Issues: Full refunds are provided for technical failures, processing errors, or service outages that prevent analysis completion
- Service Errors: Refunds are available if our system fails to process your audio file or generate an analysis due to technical problems
- No Refunds for User Expectations: Refunds are NOT available if:
- The analysis results do not meet your personal expectations
- You selected the wrong language and this resulted in poor transcription quality
- You proceeded with payment despite the preview not being acceptable to you
- You disagree with the AI-generated insights or recommendations
- The analysis reveals unexpected or unwanted information
- Preview System: A preview of analysis quality is provided before payment to help you make an informed decision
- Refund Window: Technical issue refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase with clear documentation of the problem
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method
Important: By proceeding with payment after reviewing the preview, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of AI analysis and accept the results as delivered by our system.
7. AI Technology Limitations
Important Understanding of AI Analysis:
- Accuracy Limitations: AI analysis is not 100% accurate and may contain errors, misinterpretations, or biases
- Language Dependency: Analysis quality depends heavily on correct language selection and audio clarity
- Contextual Limitations: AI may miss nuanced context, cultural factors, or non-verbal communication
- Training Data Bias: AI models reflect patterns in their training data and may not apply to all individuals or situations
- Not Diagnostic: AI insights are observational and educational, not diagnostic or prescriptive
- Subjective Interpretation: Communication and emotional analysis involves subjective interpretation that may vary
- Technical Dependencies: Analysis quality depends on audio quality, background noise, and technical processing
User Responsibility: You acknowledge these limitations and agree to use AI insights as supplementary information only, not as definitive assessments.
8. Limitation of Liability

- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

15. Additional Legal Protections
